Half-mast the national flag

♦ The Amar Ekushey February & national Mourning day we keep our national falg in the " half -masted."

♦ In order to hoist the half-masted national flag, what position we keep it in the flag bar?

♦ The rule of pulling down the width of the flag from the top of the bar of the width.

♦ Hoisted the flag after the sun rise & before the sun set.

♦ At first the flag will lift up the highest peak & then bring it down.

♦ On that day when we douse it , at first it will be lifted up again to the top , then it will be lowered.
