Happiness, the thing we as humans desire and need. The thing that some can find and others can't. Happiness can be a tricky thing to achieve, especially if you have a distorted idea of what it is.
Be yourself and make happiness something you can create YOURSELF.
One of the biggest problems I see among people is they are so reliant on their spouse, friend, or whoever to make them happy as a person. I mean sure, people can make you happy, but I don't think people should rely on someone in order for you to be a happy human being. True happiness is something only you yourself can find and is way better when it isn't based off of someone or something.
Material things can be posed as a way to bring happiness to someone's life, as well as a person. Never let these things determine what makes you happy, because you can lose them both, material things, or a person. I can understand having a person in your life that makes you happy, but don't center everything on that person. If all of your happiness is based off of that one person, that is bad and even dangerous.
A person can make you happy, but it becomes dangerous when all of your happiness relies on one person or one material thing, because if the person loses that person or thing that makes them happy, it will lead to extreme depression and/or suicide.
I'm not saying that a person can make you happy, but know that you shouldn't base all of your happiness from one person. And you need to follow your heart and prioritize your own happiness.
