Set aside time for yourself, not for anyone else, and use that time for things you want to do or are passionate about. This act itself will increase your happiness. When I am forcing myself to do something I don't want to do, time seems to pass more slowly, but when I am feeling nature in the woods or relaxing on the beach, time flies by. Of course, I feel happy when I am doing what I love.
