Hello again!

I shoot nearly everything in 50fps and i render the video in 25fps. That means i can cut any clip to half speed and its still nice and smooth. (I can also use this to reduce 'camera shake' too)

For the cinematic shots I'm not sure if your talking about the time lapses or the slo-mos? The time lapses are just that, taken over an extended period of time and compacted into a few seconds. You can do this with video or pictures..
