"Happiness Day"
When is celebrated?
The General Assembly of the United Nations proclaimed the celebration of the International Day of Happiness on March 20 to invite the countries of the world to adequately celebrate this day by carrying out various educational activities to promote happiness among people.
Phrases of happiness
There are many writers, authors, philosophers, etc. who have left their feelings about happiness:

As it is celebrated?
On the International Day of Happiness a large number of activities are carried out with the aim of making many people happy who for different reasons are sad:
- In theaters you can enjoy works with great humor.
- Many cities decorate the cities with cheerful colors.
- Games are held so that children can have fun with other children.
- In many cinemas you can enjoy humorous and funny movies.
- Many people disguise themselves as funny characters through the streets of the city.
Laughter therapy
Laughter therapy is a technique thanks to which improves the physical and psychological state through laughter that produces mental and emotional benefits through laughter. It is very important to laugh at oneself to increase the capabilities of the human being and of life.
On the International Day of Happiness there are usually numerous laughter therapy workshops in which attendees can enjoy an activity in which they can forget their problems and enjoy a day of laughter that will help them to be more optimistic and to de-dramatize the situations of life.
The most advisable thing is to laugh at the minimum three times a day to get a good quality of life.
