We know you've been waiting for an update on the situation with Bang! Defense and we want to start by saying that nothing is more important to us than you, our players. We're truly sorry for any disappointment or frustration you may have felt and we want to take full responsibility for what has happened.
As you know, we partnered with the developer of Bang! Defense to help bring his game to life, but after working together for a year, it's become clear that the game hasn't met our expectations or yours. The developer is no longer able to fulfill their responsibilities in a professional manner, so we've made the difficult decision to end our partnership. We take full responsibility for this mistake and want to make it right.
We know that many of you invested time and resources into Bang! Defense and it's frustrating to see the game in its current state. We want to assure you that we've been working hard behind the scenes to find a solution that will minimize the impact on our players.
We're excited to announce that we're currently developing a new online vs tower defense game that will be 100% owned and operated by Hashkings Studios. As a thank you for your support of Bang! Defense, we're going to consider both the game's presale buyers and NFT holders for our new game in an airdrop with assets of equal equivalence. This means you won't have to pay for anything, and the new NFTs will be given to you as a compensation for the situation. We'll also be sharing the development process of the new game on a new peakd profile, so you can see the progress and give us feedback.
We want to assure you that we're not going to abandon our players and we're committed to making things right. We understand that it's been a rough ride, but we're confident that this new game will be a step forward and something we can be proud of and that you'll enjoy.
