I fast regularly, I'm not much for breakfast or lunch as I rarely have an appetite until dinner time.
Some days I don't even eat and by the end of the day I'm like.. "wait... did I eat anything today?"
I always knew that forcing the body to be in constant digestion was bad for the body in the long run.
Imagine running the engine of a car for 30 years straight, with little not no breaks or maintenance.
