- Too much 'Salad' is a problem : Many of us believe that to be healthy, more salad should be eaten. But why should not we do this? Salad is made from raw vegetables which can not be easily digested. Although salads are natural, in reality they are also raw and leafy and they can not be easily digested with lots of water.
'Ayurveda' teaches us that we can easily digest cooked food and the body does not need to do extra work to digest it. This often happens when you either spend a lot of night at meals or long before sleeping. If we eat in a wrong way then the food is not properly digested and it becomes toxic.

If you are unable to breathe right from the nostril after rising in the morning then avoid solid foods and instead take fluid such as light hot water or herbal tea. Eat food only after the nose opens. As your digestion will be cured, your energy will increase as well and you will become attractive during the day.
- The Magical 'Neem' : Can Ayurveda help in the process of slowing down the aging? Absolutely. There is a solution that is particularly beneficial and it is Neem oil. 'Neem' is a tree born in the Indian subcontinent and whose health benefits list is long. But one of these special methods is quite useful which enhances the beauty of the skin. In addition to controlling acne, there is also the ability to control Eczema and other skin related diseases.
It is used in making many types of cosmetics like soap, facial cream etc. 'Neem' can be used to care for skin because it also helps to lighten the face and maintain the skin moist. Although 'Neem' is more effective as oil. Hence its use of medicinal properties as oil will be more ideal. Mix twelve drops of Neem oil with one ounce coconut oil to make any skin care product associated with 'Neem'. Place a thin layer of it on your face like you put a cream.
This is a safer and advantageous way of 'Neem' in the form of age-reduction cream. It is not necessary that only expensive products or complex methods or surgery can be adopted to stay young and attractive.
