Good night friend. Tonight I discuss how to maintain a healthy body. To maintain health status, I do several ways. That is from drinks, from food, and from activities
Drinks
From drinks, I avoid carbonated drinks. Like drinks containing alcohol and energy-enhancing drinks. Both of these drinks contain soda. And contains high sugar. This carbonated drink will affect body health. Like causing bone fragility, causing aging, and causing diabetes. So I avoid this carbonated drink. What I assume is a colorless drink that is water. I consume 4 liters of water per day to maintain my health.
activity
From activities, I routinely exercise every morning with a duration of 20 minutes. I choose in the morning to exercise. Because in the morning air pollution has not been contaminated with vehicle fumes and other fumes.
food
From food, I avoid foods that are high in cholesterol. Just like fast food. Food that is too sweet, and oily food.
That's how I keep my health status to always be healthy.
