Tuck Up Drills
Tuck up hand stand drills will help you gain strength and endurance in your shoulders, arms, hands, and core!
You can add this drill into your hand stand practice or regular work out routine.
The goal is to get into a hand stand position by first jumping into a "tucked position" then extending your legs up into a hand stand. You can do these safety up against a wall when first starting out.
