Grains such as rye, barley and sunflower seeds, brown rice and buckwheat seeds are rich in vitamin E, vitamin B complex biotin and protein that can make your nails stronger and healthier. You can add the grain to cereal, bread dough, pancakes, or other foods according to your taste.
