I´ve been hearing a lot about a high protein diet, also I read that the order in the day in which you eat your foods is not necessarily primordial, meaning that at the end of the day it does´t matter in which order (say breakfast, lunch and dinner) you ate your nutrients as long as by the end of the day you managed to eat them all, what are you thought on that?
