First thing in the morning.
Drink tall glass of water (lemon optional)
3 min cold bath or shower ( bath is better tho)
Intermittent Fasting
(a cup or 2 of tea or coffee is fine)(MTC oil optional)
- women 12 to 16 hour fast
- men 18 to 36 hour fast
Breakfast - Raw sprout juice and wheatgrass
Lunch & Dinner- Vegan or Vegetarian power salad or stir fry
- try to stay raw when possible
- eat as little meat as possible
snacks - fruit, vegetables, kombucha, nuts and seeds
Sleep is important - no phones or computers 2 hours before bed (cold bath again optional)
