Much of my time is spent at a desk during working hours and some after. Each day I run 10 km and found that my flexibility in my knees, ankles etc is fairly good. Although my back wasn't the best.
I started looking into Ido Portal and body movement. It became apparent that one of the most natural resting positions was the sitting squat. Now when watching videos or reading a book I do it in the sitting squat position and it is an amazing feeling of increasing strength and flexiblity.
When I get out of the squatting position I feel fresh. When I get out of the chair I dont feel so good. Please let me know what you think, how you get on, give it a try, please.
