Nowadays heart attacks are being frequent for any age group. Even young age people are also losing their lives to heart attacks. Today one of our colleague had died due to heart attack. He is not even fourty. There maybe plenty of reasons for it, but a life has been lost. His death has me thinking why am i hearing so many deaths because of heart attack. It maybe his food habits, heritage or any other reason. But we have to be cautious and take precautions. This incident made me realise we should prioratise our healthy heart. Most of our lives will be living in a cubicle doing work for financial benefits to maintain our family. Balancing both family and work needs to be in bright focus.
Sometimes life comes on top and sometimes work comes on top. It totally depends on situations. Creation of awareness on heart health is a good option to start with. Explaining the importance of health benefits, lifestyle. Explaining everyone on the symptoms and risk factors of a heart attack and what to do when one gets into those type of situations. It is always good to have the knowledge about our health condition and maintain proper diet.
Daily a thirty minutes of exercise or workout will do much good to our health than anything. Regular check up of cardiovascular issues, cholesterol and monitoring blood pressure should be prioritised. Everyone must maintain a good and well packed health insurance if necessary. All the medical treatment bills are becoming more and more expensive day by day. Health emergencies are the only ones which we can not postpone nor we can bare the expenses at that time.
