Every now and the, people succumb to sickness and disease. Most diseas, fortunately, are minor, and the victim usually recovers quickly. Thanks to the body remarkable system, called the immune system come in. The bodies immune system not only identifies the germs but fights them with an array of biological weapons.

Lymph is a clear fluid that frains from cell into the bloodstrean via network of cappiliaries, called the lymoh system. aimmune cells patrol all through the blood.
Inflame response
Some germs set off an inflame resoonse. This arracks all germs the same way, increasing bloof flow, and bringing a flood of cells called neutrophols into play.
Antibodies
Antibodues are albels that attach to germs and show killer cells which cell to kill.
Killer cell
Among the many iinds if immune cells, twi kinds of white blood cell are the most important: Killer T cells which ingulf germs and B lymphocytes, which identifies invaders and make antibodies.

So it is important for us to eat healthy food to protect ourselves to orevent sickness and fever also start woking out for our healthy life style
