Just this morning in the bath I just realized that my brush is a little old. Heck, stuff is like 5 months old :)
I guess I'm not the only one who didn't remember to change the brush. It just keeps skipping my memory. Every time I only remember once am in the bathroom.
The dental association recommends that toothbrush (or brush head, if you use electric type) should be changed once every three months.
This is because of worn bristles. Just take a look at your toothbrush bristles if worn, replace. You don't really have to wait for the third month as some brush more harder than others. Children's toothbrush should be replaced more regularly.
I just set a reminder, I'm getting a new one today. How about you?
