I forgot to tell you guys about the results I got from the tips on my blog 5 days about the headache I had!!!

you both said yoga and relax and tipped the app ,
said: tea , which I bought,
and
both said water and excersise and
told me to inhale via my nose, and exhale through my mouth.
In between being in the hospital, dogs to the park and easter groceries, I took a moment to relax with the Primed Mind App. I took the time ( only 5 minutes cause I didnt have more time ) to relax, refresh and recharge. The app was a tip from fellow steemian .
I sat on the couch and followed the instructions on the screen. I am not familair with yoga or relaxation but with the headache tips ,the desperate blog last week, relaxing was one off the tips for releave.
I did 5 minutes and it was good. I am not a big fan yet and maybe 5 was to short but for me as a beginner is was GOOD on GOOD FRIDAY.
But now the app wants to date me !!
It wants to see me every day at the same time, to relax, refresh and recharge.
I dont know Primed Mind we will see, we have to make time for eachother next week ...
