Why is Aluminum even in vaccines? Aluminum and Mercury (Thimerosol) are the two most common adjuvants used in vaccines. The use of mercury has decreased in recent years, because of public outcry, yet the public is not aware of how toxic aluminum is, especially when injected into the body. Aluminum has replaced any mercury that has been removed.
EVERY VACCINE NEEDS AN ADJUVANT
No Adjuvant = Insufficient "protective" Immune Response 
The immune system needs to be threatened or aggravated sufficiently to mount an immune defense. The inactivated virus alone can't do that.
And why do babies need 23 times as much aluminum (adjusted by body weight) as an adult?
Because a baby's as yet not fully developed immune system, does not easily mount an immune reaction.

Aluminum is TOXIC.

So why don't they simply remove all the Aluminum and Mercury Adjuvants?
The answer is pretty simple, actually.
They have nothing less toxic to replace it with!
They would never get a high enough antibody creation to get their vaccines approved as effective!
My Thoughts 
It is illogical and extremely damaging to vaccinate a child under the age of one, as their immune system has to be assaulted with ridiculously high levels of aluminum to get an immune response, and that immune response doesn't last long if at all. (Thus all the booster of more toxic aluminum). Several doctors who recommend a delayed vaccine schedule, say to wait until 2 years of age before ever beginning vaccinating, because this is when the immune system can actually benefit from vaccination. And then they recommend only one vaccine at a time, and saying no to several of the unnecessary vaccines.
For myself, I chose not to give any vaccines to any of my children. (The oldest is 12, and youngest is 5). I have not regretted that decision. Every single vaccine at any age has a high potential to cause harm.
