My procedure for this is to go as hot and cold as I possibly can. Switching between these two 5-7 times. For instance 3 times cold 2 times hot always starting and ending with cold staying with each for 5 minutes.
I've gained full lung capacity i can take really deep breaths like i've never experienced before, since when you go through Hydrotheraphy, you get to release/to cough up mucus, that are creating blockages

Since i've been doing alot of detox, eating a vegan diet and the fact that i am maintaining my body by expanding and contracting it through the shower, has enabled me to exercise without having sore muscles the coming days after, even when it has been decades ago since i've exercised
When you persistently expose your body to cold, it increases the buildup of brown fat, that will help to keep you warm and maintain your body temperature. Not to brag about it, but i can even stand now for 10-15 minutes under the cold shower and still feel amazing without freezing
It has made it alot easier for me to be in the present moment, as if i can instantly go into a meditative state
Since i am taking cold showers i've also started to move around outside in shorts primarily, allowing my body to breath and regulate itself, it's amazing to actually feel the air on the entire body, and i am planning to integrate it during the winter and swim aswell.
