After coming home from my dialysis I asked my mother to give me some of those turnips that she bought the other day and that I had for my snack since I am so thirsty after my dialysis. Then after a while I also had some canned pineapple chunks for my supper.
That sparked the release of some gasses in my gut and I mean so plenty that it disturbed my sleep and woke me up to pass some more gasses. The odd thing was that it doesn't smell a bit. I was wondering if I do have a healthy gut in that regard.
But the problem lies about me passing gas after eating anything or even drinking anything. That is why I am so uncomfortable now sitting up and then eating as it makes me feel bloated because I couldn't fart that easy when sitting down while eating or after that.
That is why I always prefer to lay down so that once in a while I would pass gas easy and won't feel bloated. I know the value of having a healthy gut but mine seems to be so sensitive that it gives me trouble whenever I would take in some food.
I am just planning to make some food supplement that will help me with my guts which is a lactobaccilli drink that is made from either fermented rice or ginger tea. If only I could do that by myself but I just have to ask for my mother's assistance but I think it is doable.
