I just cannot eat much without a sweet fruit on the side to help me eat because as I go along with my eating I get bored with the taste because of my appetite loss issue so I need to break this tiredness of my taste buds with something sweet like a fruit.
I could use a cold sweet drink but it will just make me fill up fast and I will not be able to eat a lot so having a fruit will not only give me fiber and nutrients but it will also help me finish up my food. Often it is just a struggle finishing up on my meals because my parents just couldn't come up with a different dish and I end up feeling just "forced to eat" into what ever is in my table.
But indeed I have seen and experienced that having a fruit on my side during my meal time except for breakfast makes me at least go near my calorie needs in a day so I will for now onwards I will seek and know about whatever fruit that is in season (now is the mango season) and purchase it for my daily meals so I could eat better.
