I found this video about how to make a ginger beer and it seems so easy to do but we just have to buy the yeast for it, the brewer's yeast or those that comes in little packets. I have researched online and they seem a bit pricey but nonetheless maybe worth it if you could produce your very own home-brewed ginger beer.
The recipe calls for about 4 Liters of clean water, about a glass or 240 ml of sweet molasses (not blackstrap), about 1/4 Kilo/230g sugar, 30 g powdered ginger, 1 ginger root (diced or crushed), 1 lemon/lime juice, and then some brewer's yeast added after boiling.

Given these measurements we can experiment on variations based on how much alcohol, fizz, sweetness, and other flavors it will contain and I am tempted to do this in the future if I can just have the resources and of course the physical strength to be able to do this small project that might prove to be worthwhile as I really like fizzy drinks myself. Cheers in the future.
