My Parathyroid is one of the root of my bone illness that is called Leontiasis Ossea which is a very rare bone disorder which develops when there is a long-term imbalance on phosphorus levels in the body which was an issue for me and my phosphorus level was left unchecked and so it triggered my Parathyroid to make my bone release its calcium which lead to my backbone to shrink and caused me breathing difficulties as well as pains in my whole body.
Now I could not even walk do to my feet joints which are painful to walk with. Now my left hand is having some pain and I am certain that it will be like painful like my feet.
It is a painful reality to think about that is why I am keeping and sticking to my strict diet plus using now a phosphate binder so that my phosphorus levels won't get high as it is the root cause of my bone demise.
I am also religiously taking an anti hyperparathyroid medication and it is just a difficult medicine to use because it affects my appetite in a negative way. That is why I could not eat and really it is a difficult situation to get into because I have to eat and now it is just like a chore to do so.
Now if I would get a parathyroidectomy it will result in freeing me from taking my Cinacalcet which will definitely improve my well-being and I pray to God to wills it for me so that at least I can enjoy one basic need which is to feel well and enjoy eating food.
