Saturday, for me, is a great time to get a nice cleanse from all the "food" I ate throughout the week. My "food" consist primarily of fruits, vegetables, grains, nuts, seeds and water. Bread finds its way into my meal, from time to time. I will not eat cake made with any whole milk or eggs. I have successfully gone 4 months with no meat products in my system. There are random days when I am offered home-made cookies and because its a family member offering I forget to request all the ingredients!!! Nonetheless I survive but suffer from minor stomach pains. I am a continuing vegetarian since December 2015. No more FLESH for the guy. I AM IN LOVE WITH THE MEAT OF APPLES, PEACHES, MANGO, PINEAPPLE, CUCUMBER, TOMATO, ONIONS, and every other vegetation out there!!! THANK THE STARS I HAVE NO ALLERGIES!!! I want to start a video log to help share my passion and practices of healthier eating!!! Get healthy with me!!!
