Though Friday is my weekend, I had a busy day yesterday. I was able to hit more than 16000 steps which is equivalent to 8 miles and burned around 4000 cals. Here is my fitbit band.

Finally, you can use any suitable device to track your health. Many mobile apps are there to track it. But accuracy is a question. I am satisfied with Fitbit as it is giving mostly accurate results. It measures your calorie burning considering your heart rate.
