Today, I would like to share some motivation in life.
What it really takes to live a healthier you
The photographs taken here are taken selfie and not as good as I want them to be.
First, I like to show you the real me
I have been keeping fit for at least 3 years now.
**I use to be fat, bloated, and really feeling ugly, unmotivated and unhappy most of the time. IT IS ALL ABOUT EXERCISE AND EATING THE RIGHT FOOD
It came one day, a client of mine scheduled for a photoshot, a fine looking man and I got inspired by him
I hope by sharing this information I am motivating YOU to live a healthy lifestyle with exercise and with your diet.
Here are some things I do in the gym TRUST IN ME, YOU DON’T NEED A GYM TO LOOK FIT AND HEALTHY A walk, run or swimming an hour each day will be just fine.
These poses you see are mostly to tone up my upper body- back, arms and my breast
If you notice, I carry a weight of 5 kilogram- tuck in my elbow towards my ears. Up and down motion will make u having tone and tight upper body.
I have now increase the weights to 10 kilo plate. Just move up and down with my leg far apart.
It will tighten up your thighs Will look firmer and fuller.
In this pose, I am to shape up the back of my legs and my groin tighter.
In the next pose I am back to toning the back of my arms. Sexy toned arms (the part next to your armpit) looks good on you when you wear sleeveless dress**.
On top of the toning exercise, you need to eat clean food.
When I say clean I don’t mean you don’t wash your food. My friends think of that way So I need to explain.
USE HONEY NOT SUGAR ** USE COCONUT OR OLIVE OIL INSTEAD OF VEGETABLE OIL OR LARD**
STOP EATING PROCESS FOOD
No matter how much exercise you may do, and you are not eating clean such as no process food- sausages, pack food, pasta, noodles with loads of msg and bad fat Your body will not change.
If you are thinking of changing your health, try to decipline yourself. Eating right and exercise will become a NEW YOU ** Start today**
Eating non process food, snacking nuts and fruits instead of potato chips, will diffinetly change YOU
