Hey you! Get off your couch and try this out!
My workout this fine frosty saturday morn consisted of a 15 minute heart racing warmup on the stationary bike, followed by a sports doctor prescribed glute tweaking circuit and then the following.....
Leg Circuit
Complete 12 reps each exercise
Rest at end for 1 minute
Repeat 4 times, or 6 if you want!
Squats
Bulgarian Split Squats (6 each leg for beginners, 12 each leg for non beginners)
TRX (or without) Curtsey (6 each leg for beginners, 12 each leg for non beginners)
TRX (or without) Squat Jumps
This will turn your legs jelly and get your heart pumpin'!
