I think stress is one of the biggest problems.
You have stress in the moring because youre late
-> no breakfast
At work everthing does not work how it should like
-> stress
Work + Family + Friends = no sleep
There should be a way to easily reduce pressure in every part of your life.
You need to be at full power everytime, there is no time to relax!
