I couldn help myself and had to jump into the ice bath one more time today.
Not trying to break the ice and not dropping my phone in the water, this was the best picture I could take and didnt want to use all my time to try to look good.
I stayed inside the bath for 8:12 minutes and the second round for 7:24.
Since I was alone enjoying the cold, I did my 3 rounds of breathing right before I went in and it felt much easier then yesterday.
My retentation times
round 1: 32,53 sec
round 2: 26,01 sec
round 3: 41,56 sec
I am sure I am doing something wrong with the breathing and I will keeping experimenting with it.
When I was more in the course, around last year I tend to use more short breaths and if I got a kind of rusty taste in my mouth I knew I was charging up and got the best results.
My record was around 2:30 min and I felt amazing. We shall see if I get there again but I will defently practising to top it even.
After the cold I was ready for a little sun
and relaxing by the pool.
The hot Yoga this evening will be interesting.
