This ready-to-use mix is convenient because it is very difficult to prepare ginger using a fresh one. At least this one also has a brown sugar mix that's why I only have to scoop 1 teaspoonful of the mix. It feels so good to sip warm ginger when I have a cough because it eases my breathing.
