I've currently finished my 3rd month of the 12 months, 100% future foods diet.
After two months I had my blood tested and I recently (yeah, I know it's late) got the results back from the lab.
My current general practitioner was not that keen on me starting this diet. He also didn't show much enthusiasm to take part in this documentary project. It took quite some
persistence to even get him sign a form for blood testing. Due to this, I'm currently switching
general practitioner. I need to have somebody that understands my mind flow regarding this
experiment. (And respects my request for blood testing!)
I have consulted these results with the doctors at the Nederlandse Obesitas Kliniek, and they told me that it looks very balanced. No worries yet. They also explained that -with the next blood test- it would be smart to check my vitamins. It can take a couple of months before you see any deterioration in the natural vitamin reserves in your body.

I'm curious if anybody who reads this post can fully understand these type of lab results. The way I look at them: what the result numbers say compared to min and max value. That way it looks to me I'm ok at the moment.
Next blood test I will try to check the vitamins as well.
