Our experience shows otherwise, Hive account@pfunk! That man's condition is called argyria, and it's the only side effect that's ever been incorrectly associated with colloidal silver. It's actually due to a buildup of silver salts under the skin that react with sunlight in the same chemical reaction that developed old-fashioned photographs; silver salts are a by-product in low quality, homemade colloidal silver. It's extremely rare (~200 reported cases in 150 years). This can't happen with high quality true silver colloids with nanoparticles < 35 nm.
