(Zea mays), maize, is an annual grass native to and domesticated by indigenous peoples in central Mexico. This plant produces ears of yellow kernels. the variety choclera that has the most tender and best-tasting grains are the preferred ones in the meals. It is rich in vitamins, mineral salts, protein and phosphates. It is a good digestive and very pleasant nutritious food.
INDICATIONS:
Crippled people and pains in the legs: The corn cobs (corn) are boiled crushed, adding elder flowers. Give warm baths in the affected regions.
Nervousness, Gout, Bladder: Cooked corn hair 25 grams per liter of water. Drink this broth in large quantities. This treatment is also recommended for inflammations of the kidneys, but taking low doses.
