What is Eleuthero?
Well it is similar to ginseng in many ways, but has nothing in common with ginseng. They are of completely different family of plants, however the name Siberian ginseng has remained a popular label.
The reason this herb was given the name of Siberian ginseng has a lot to do with the Iron Curtain of the Soviet Union. Back then, the Soviet Union was trying to produce some of the best world class athletes.
At that time, they were aware of ginseng, but were in search of a more affordable alternative, hence the inception and creation of Eleuthero.
Eleuthero has been widely used and researched in Russia for it's athletic enhancing benefits, and after many years continues to produce incredible results.
Other Uses and Benefits of Eleuthero:
- Modulate stress
- Memory enhancement
- Fights fatigue
- Builds the blood
- Increases work output
- A mild stimulant
- Shows benefits for diabetics
- Possible aid for insomnia
- Great support of the immune system
- Helps with oxygen efficiency and uptake
- Enhances retinal sensitivity
The only caveat with Eleuthero is that it may interact with blood pressure medication. Please verify this before ingesting.
