- The most important thing is to make your body straight while doing a push-up, It won't be effective if you bend your body.
- You should place your hand little wider than your shoulder, too close or too wider will be a lot harder.
- You should keep your head slightly up instead of exact down.
- Place your legs in the position you are comfortable.
- You should always touch your chest to the ground and go back to the starting point. Always go down in a controlled manner, never rush it.
