In the UK, a government petition has been started 'Do not sign any WHO Pandemic Treaty unless it is approved via public referendum.'
It is up to 44,000 signatories so the government have to respond in writing. (response triggered after 10k votes)
If 100,000 sign it has to be debated in Parliament.
