Sitting with some of my colleagues recently discussing about life and everything in between especially when it comes to long-term relationships and marriages. We discussed the necessities we have to put in place before you do forever with somebody and somehow my reasoning changed on some certain aspects part of which includes love Is Never Enough especially when you do not want to be a victim of circumstances in the future.
Firstly, people don't just take decisions because they feel like it anymore we take decisions based on our financial capability and the future that is ahead of us. For instance, the health system in our country is so bad that the future is not even bright in the Aspect. Just last week we got to find out that the price of oxygen has doubled its price in hospitals because of the increase in fuel price which is definitely affecting everything because our daily need has to be carried out through transportation.
My point is exactly is the situation where two lovers come together they find out that there are genotypes are SS and AS and still decide to go ahead with the marriage, with the way it is going it is no longer something to pity them about but it is pures to PDT to want to engage in a relationship that will bring about pain and suffering for the rest of their lives and their offsprings.
This is why it is advisable that we carry out the necessary test before embarking on any love journey and most of these test has to do with Hiv, hepatitis B, genotype, rhesus factors and so on.
Most of the health challenges we encounter could have been avoided or managed but because of ignorance, we delve into it and end up spending more than our income to take care of our health.
