If you are working all day behind a desk and laptop, you are definitely doing a hard work and no need to say, you are injuring your body!
How to compensate the damage to your body? Do sports, exercises, play, be active.
After all, this body should tolerate the hard work, so put it in to a balance.
what sports are suitable for us?
If you are sitting all day long, I suggest you do everyday exercise, stretch poses, core muscles workouts and walking a lot.
Try not to sit constantly more than one hour. Even half an hour you can just stand up and do some stretches.

Yoga is an all in one solution for everyone, with any type of business and lifestyle.
Yoga brings three things together:

- body enhancement
- inner awateness
There is also an app, called HeadSpace, which can help you with meditation and stress release.
An alternative to above options is to seriously do sport activities, like I do, several days a week, bringing your body to its limits and even push them harder every time!
My new approach
I have worked in stocks and IT business for last two decades. My first IT business was an Internet Service Provider, then a B2B portal, a blogging service, a RFID project, another B2B projects and now I have another startup project, hoping to boost my career.
I also love this steemit experience. So I'm gonna bring my profession to this platform, writing about my startup journey.
I will try to write about my failures more than my successes, which have been a lot againstva few!
But I cherish both my failures and successes.
