Reduce Fatty Foods
Do you know the intestine is actually 5x heavier in digesting fat? Fat is more difficult to digest by the body. Therefore, if your stomach is bloated make sure do not consume fatty foods, especially those fried using oil.
Reduce Milk Consumption
Not everyone is allergic to lactose. But if you experience bloating due to milk, from now on limit your consumption. At least you can replace with other low-lactose dairy products, such as yoghurt.
