Another day, another sesh at the gym. Came here with a friend. Been doing some fitness exercise for 3 weeks already, felt the sore in my body but didn’t mind as long as there’s a result. Doing this for myself to be fit, agreed by some of my friends and they’ve been doing this too. You’ll get motivated, we have reasons but one thing for sure, for our health. We are not getting any younger so we should take care of our body. These dumb bells can be used in weight training but I can’t lift too much weight, just average for my body and my hands to grasp.
