I have been doing the INSANITY Workout for a while now, and I really love it, since I don't need to spend money on the gym and I get the full workout right at home at whatever time I choose to.
Insanity is one of the hardest workouts I have done. It consists of many different CDs with different daily exercises.
I actually get really nervous every time I start doing these because just with the warm-up you can barely catch your breath.
When your muscles are warm, you do 10 minutes stretch and then continue the rest of the workout.

This exercise that I just did, was actually one of the easiest ones, since there is higher level two weeks after you get your body used to these exercises. The next level is longer and harder and it is called the Extreme Insanity workout CDs which is crazy.
These workouts are not recommended if you have problems with knees. You can start at any level, all you have to do is just go your paste, as long as you have the right posture. The better in shape you will get, the faster and more of these exercises you can do.
