I'm spending lots of time in front of the computer.
First, it's summer.
I don't have much things in my plan, so, I mostly do some programming, gaming, writing on Steemit, etc.
And you have to protect your health.
One of the things I don't save money is chair, but I won't be talking about that tonight.
I will talk about eyes and vision.
Since I'm spending lots of time in front of screen, I try to save my eyes as much as I can.
And, pretty often I'm staying up late to do some homework or study, which irritates eyes even more.
What I want to show you is night mode (there are probably some people that don't know about this).
You have it on Steemit, too.

When you click on your avatar icon...
There is something called Toggle Night Mode.
It's a great thing.
And I also use it when I'm using Visual Studio.

And not to forget that you have similar option in Windows, too.
Just type in High contrast setting.

Here you can set-up colours.
When I do something on computer after midnight, let's say...
I turn on darker colours.
I can last longer and it saves your eyes.
Seriously...
Try it out.
You definitely won't regret it.
Especially if you spend lots of time in front of computer.
Your eyes will thank you.
