Scale wise maybe worth investing in the ones that tell you muscle percentage and fat. Sometimes when you are doing exercise your fat goes down but your muscle goes up. Sadly muscle weighs more then fat and so you can get discouraged. But muscle is great as the more you have, the more cals you burn just doing normal life things.
