Hello everyone, whether body goals or fitness goals they are quite slightly difficult to attain if you go against certain rules, some which include your need to cut down or total absain from alcohol and most especially sex, well most especially both. I'd say females are a bit on the lucky side considering the fact that they could go rounds after rounds of the latter and still make it in time for their gym session with the cute buff instructor. Lucky right? Well biology and physiology work differently for us all.
You see Men aren't lazy but after every marathon between the sheets our bodies automatically hit hybernate mode or shutdown (depending on your level of exersion).
So here are a few healthy tips to keep it all at a win win level.
If you must drink avoid consuming more than a round of alcohol.
Quit smoking all together. π
If you must scratch that itch it's best to on your rest day rather than on your workout day, I suggest mornings to midday should be adequate so that your body has enough time to recuperate.
Always eat healthy, most people believe its all about supplements and pill popping but the honest truth is you don't need supplements, the right and balanced amount of foods, fruits and vegetables should do the trick, why make pharmaceutical companies rich?
Rest, amazingly its the most ignored and least taken path to achieving your fitness goals. You see your body needs to heal, the best way to achieve that is by taken a nap while your body gets to work running repairs. I mean can you service a car while the engines running?
*Well I hope you got the message if you didn't here's a quick recap Alcohol: β, smoking: β sex: limit the act
