This article will be the second among five articles on Cataract or more that will be released by Kuboskeey. I do this every Friday of the week (Health Blog). Cataract is simply defined as the formation of cloud in the eye, in which it obstructs the lens whereby the patient might partially see or total blindness in some cases. But, they all hope it is just for a little while.
As earlier said last week “will be providing articles based on cataract in recent weeks”. Now, here is another one.
I think there are so many health lovers and practitioners out there that would love to take this also. I believe in solution before enlightenment. If I decide sharing information about cataract, it might be a waste of time for both parties, but later on, I will be giving you proper enlightenment on this (Cloudy eye).

Almost all people suffering from this tragic disability experienced it that cataracts don’t disrupt the vision from its early stage. It is most paramount among the Old Papas and Mamas. • Stop the act today! Spending couple of hours in darkness could hinder the performance of your eye lenses. Adaptation is real. Increase the number of light sources in your home with more lighting and brighter lamps in each corner of the rooms; they can’t all be dead at the same time.
• Quit smoking! Carbon monoxide is disastrous to your health.
• Visit your ophthalmologist; Get your eyes checked. Once a year can be a cool step, but more often, if you do notice problems.
• Limit night driving, as most drivers complain that in the night you’ve got to pay more attention to the street furniture and all other things plying the road. By this, you give more stress to the eye. Also, you stretch it above its elastic limit when you are about to sleep while driving.
• Make use of sunglasses in daytime or a broad-brimmed hat and caps to reduce glare.
• Make sure your contact lenses or glasses are the most accurate prescription through your health-guiders.
• Control your diet; Diabetes is linked to the growth of Cataract.
• Exercise often and keep giving yourself proper medication.
