One of the best way to be healthy is to take a good sleep , our body is functioning is almost similar to mobile phone , ones mobile gets discharge it requires electric supply to recharge it .
In the same way a good and sound sleep is also required to charge our body , as studies says a normal human being should take 8 hours of good sleep , it helps us to remove fatigue , improve our productivity and provides a new energy to our life .
We belongs to a fast moving generation, still we should not avoid the importance of sleep , it is an essential requirement of human body .
