I bought an LED facial mask from Mon Lumiere https://www.mon-lumiere.com/ because I saw a lot of similar things, but this one looked more serious. It has several light modes — I mainly use red and blue. Red for skin and tone, blue — when there are rashes. After a couple of weeks, there were actually fewer small inflammations and the skin looks smoother. It’s convenient that you can use it at home and not go to procedures. They say that it helps with acne, wrinkles, and pigmentation. For me, it’s more like “regular” care, not a one-time thing.
