Hello all, I'll be runing you through some diagnostics so you know or at least know what is going on in your body or others when you here some terms or diagnostic assessments.
Health is wealth in other to stay more healthy we need to understand and manage our health. Sometime nature throw stuff at us and no other way but through the storm.

Chest X-ray (Hypertensive)
There is gross cardiomegaly of biventricular configuration with ventricular preponderance.
Upper lobe vessel are prominent.
The aortic arch is unfolded.
No focal lung lesson seen
Recesses and the rib cage are relatively preserved
Conclusion:
Hypertensive Heart Disease in failure
What this means is that the heart is markedly enlarged. It is highly suggestive that patients with such consultant cardiologist for further assessment and also to under go an ECG (Electrocardiogram) or echo cardiography or both.
Here is how a normal chest should be:
The heart is normal in size and contour.
No focal lung lesion is seen
The rib cage is normal
Conclusion:
Normal Chest
