Well here are a few more veggies with some high protein ok we have good old Broccoli now this veggie has fat free protein you are looking at about3 grams of protein but broccoli has over100% of your daily needs of vitaminC plus vitaminK also plus broccoli is a very good source of folate you see this vitamin as shown to help prevent some cancers too,ok then we have good old Peas which comes in at about 8-10 grams of protein plus as a added benefit they have vitaminAandC,plus thiamin and also iron you see the rich amount of vitamins B and folate help to fight heart disease too and there is a good amount.of fiber in peas about 4-6 grams per cup,i myself use them in many dishes very good in pasta dishes or just on the side of some chicken too.
